10 Tips For Longer, Thicker And Better Hair


The one question we ladies never find the answer to is how to get the long, shiny, smooth and just the perfect thicker hair! And if you are wondering about the same things, here are some simple and effective tips for you:
1.  An Efficient Hair Mask: Massage a mixture of 1 egg yolk, 1 table spoon of honey, and 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 table spoon of vodka, onto your scalp for about 30-40 minutes. Then, shampoo and condition your hair as usual and watch the amazing results.

2.  Brush your hair EVERYDAY: Every morning and evening, brush your hair for 1-2 minutes but not when it’s wet because that will break your locks causing damage to your hair. Massage your head softly like you love your scalp.
3.  Protein is you hair’s best friend: The food that you eat affects your hair growth in a great way. Eating proteins makes your hair grow healthier and strong really quickly. Eggs, meat, fish etc. are good sources of proteins. For vegetarians, green vegetables will help.

4.  Massage while using shampoo: Use your fingers to massage your scalp every time you shampoo your hair for about two minutes. It will kindle the blood flow and help your hair grow quicker.
5.  Another hair mask: Potato juice. Juice 2 big potatoes and mix with 1 table spoon of honey and 1 egg yolk. Apply on your hair roots and wash them after 30 minutes. Enjoy the amazing results.

6.  Healthy Scalp: Love your scalp like your skin! Never apply hair conditioner on the roots. It will cause volume loss making your hair oily and preventing them from breathing.
7.  Warm Oil Scalp massage always works: Warm up a little bit of oil (preferably coconut, olive or linen oil) to the point when it’s comfortable to touch and massage this onto your scalp for about 15-20 minutes. Then spread it onto the length and wait for half an hour before you wash them. The results will surprise you making your hair shiny and stronger.

8. Get your hair a good sleep: Never sleep with your hair tied tight in a ponytail or a braid. Make a loose braid instead so that the blood can flow easily. Secondly, try sleeping on silk pillows rather than cotton covers. Silk pillows will help your hair become shiny as well as give you wrinkle free skin.
9. Castor Oil: This one is a little tricky. Massage castor oil on your scalp and leave it overnight. Wash and condition your hair in the morning as you do regularly. Do this once or twice a week for a month or two for amazingly best hair.
10. Vinegar Wash: Try this own created conditioner. Add 2 table spoons of vinegar to 1 liter of water and rinse your hair with this after you shampoo/conditioner your hair. You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar in the exact same amount to get healthier, stronger and better hair.
